Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your item without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns. Customers will not be charged for return shipping on approved returns.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom-made or personalized products
Personal care products (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases

We also do not accept returns for:

Sale items
Gift cards

Returned items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item.

Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after shipment, you may return it in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification.

Returned items must be:

Unused
Unworn
In their original packaging
With all original tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected.

If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the returned item to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, including:

Defective items
Damaged items
Incorrect items received

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
